Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to expand our presence in the enterprise SaaS and fintech markets across Latin America. Reporting to the COO, you will close large, complex deals, nurture high‑value client relationships, and collaborate with product, revenue, and customer success teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with C‑level executives in enterprise and financial institutions throughout LatAm.
• Lead full‑cycle sales for deals of $500K+ from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline of high‑value prospects.
• Contribute to scalable sales processes, go‑to‑market strategies, and sales playbooks.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and exceptional client experiences.
• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecasts to support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or fintech.
• Proven record of closing deals of $500K+ and exceeding quota.
• Strong understanding of credit, lending, or financial infrastructure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at an executive level.
• Experience selling to large enterprises or financial institutions in Latin America.
