Senior Account Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven Senior Account Executive to expand our footprint in the enterprise SaaS and fintech markets across Latin America. Reporting to the COO, you will work closely with Revenue, Product, and Customer Success teams to close large, complex deals and build long‑term relationships with C‑level executives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with C‑level decision makers in enterprise financial institutions across LatAm.
• Lead full‑cycle sales for deals of $500K+ – from discovery through negotiation and close.
• Identify new enterprise opportunities, align product capabilities with market needs, and maintain a strong pipeline of high‑value prospects.
• Contribute to scalable sales processes, go‑to‑market strategies, and sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional client experience.
• Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

Required profile

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS or fintech.
• Proven record of closing deals of $500K+ and exceeding quota.
• Deep understanding of credit, lending, or financial infrastructure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at an executive level.
• Experience selling to large enterprises or financial institutions in Latin America.

Required skills

• Strong experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
