SAP QM Consultant – Intermediate Level

About the role

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Consultant to join its international pharmaceutical projects. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and supporting SAP QM solutions that meet strict regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP QM processes.
• Support quality processes and collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Integrate SAP QM with MM, PP, WM/EWM, and SD modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
• Participate in unit, integration, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Assist with implementation, enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Produce process, configuration, and user‑training documentation.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Approximately 5–6 years of experience as an SAP QM Consultant.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of regulated quality environments.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Based in Brazil or Argentina.

Required skills

• SAP QM configuration and business processes.
• Integration knowledge of SAP MM, SAP PP, SAP WM/EWM, and SAP SD.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.
