Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team and help grow our AI Career Accelerator program across Latin America. The role focuses on generating qualified student leads through a mix of traditional prospecting and modern social‑selling techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential students via LinkedIn, social media, community groups, referrals and other digital channels.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to monitor posts, comments and buying signals, turning them into outreach opportunities.
• Design and execute personalized outreach sequences based on prospect profiles, career goals and challenges.
• Manage prospecting activities, follow‑ups and lead progression in HubSpot CRM.
• Conduct discovery conversations to assess fit for the AI Career Accelerator and schedule qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and leverage campaign assets.
• Analyze outreach performance, optimise channels and messaging, and continuously source new opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to personalise outreach and improve workflow efficiency.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, sales representative or similar role.
• Proven track record selling B2C, preferably high‑ticket education or career‑development solutions.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proactive, self‑driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow‑ups.
