Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to join Z1 Tech’s North American sales team. Working remotely from Argentina, you will focus on high‑volume outbound prospecting, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for our US‑based Account Executives in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers across the United States.
• Prospect via phone, email and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
• Identify and engage business owners and key decision‑makers.
• Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and fit.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the US sales team and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
• Participate in sales training, coaching sessions and call reviews.
• Consistently achieve activity and meeting‑setting targets.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, inside sales or outbound sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable making 150+ outbound calls per day.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and listening skills.
• Highly motivated, resilient and coachable.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience selling into the US market is a plus.
