Revenue Operations Associate (Remote LATAM)

About the role

SmartBarrel is looking for a detail‑oriented Revenue Operations Associate to support its fast‑growing go‑to‑market organization. You will work remotely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Leadership to ensure data integrity, streamline processes and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve HubSpot data quality, including accounts, contacts, opportunities and activities.
• Administer and optimize HubSpot workflows, automation, properties, pipelines and reporting.
• Build, maintain and distribute dashboards and reports for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
• Assist with revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting and KPI tracking.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Support lead routing, territory assignments, account ownership and pipeline management.
• Document, improve and standardize revenue processes across the customer lifecycle.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work.
• Assist with sales compensation reporting and commission calculations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational alignment.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, CRM Administration or a similar analytical role.
• Strong experience with HubSpot (required).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
