Remote Sales Appointment Setter (LatAm) – Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Appointment Setter to join a fast‑growing U.S. home‑service business. The role is fully remote and focused on converting inbound leads and generating new appointments with property owners, Airbnb hosts and short‑term rental operators across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls promptly, deliver a warm phone presence and turn leads into scheduled appointments.
• Follow up on open quotes and estimates with homeowners, Airbnb hosts and property managers to move them toward a decision.
• Conduct targeted cold and warm outreach to short‑term rental operators and property‑management companies to create new pipeline.
• Re‑engage dormant leads via phone, text and email, and log all activity in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Fluent, neutral‑accent English with excellent verbal communication and objection‑handling skills.
• Proven experience in phone sales, inside sales, appointment setting or cold outreach.
• Availability to work full‑time during U.S. Mountain Time business hours.
• Dedicated quiet workspace, noise‑cancelling headset and reliable high‑speed internet connection.

Required skills

• CRM usage for tracking calls, texts and emails.
