About the role
We are looking for dynamic people who love challenges and think big. The role is to execute sales of our products across channels, building loyalty and acquiring new customers. The merchandiser ensures strategic placement of products on shelves in supermarkets, focusing on execution variables to boost sales.
Key responsibilities
- Replenish and execute product placement in self‑service stores, following planograms and cold‑chain requirements.
- Monitor product expiration dates and manage stock rotation.
- Install and maintain POP (point‑of‑purchase) materials according to the game plan, including pricing, promotional displays, and competitive front‑of‑store arrangements.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education (mandatory).
- Tertiary/university studies preferred for future growth opportunities.
- Previous experience as a shelf‑stocker or merchandiser is desirable.
