Project Support Specialist II – LATAM

About the role

The Project Support Specialist II (PSS II) will join a growing cross‑functional team supporting clinical studies across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. The role focuses on ensuring smooth project operations, from meeting coordination to training management, using independent judgment and critical thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full meeting lifecycle: schedule, agenda preparation, minute taking, distribution, and filing in the Trial Master File (TMF).
• Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines using MS Project or similar tools.
• Perform tasks in clinical systems relevant to the assigned studies.
• Oversee study‑specific training: collect materials, assign training, track completion, and maintain records in the TMF.
• Identify training gaps, engage team members, and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
• Set up and maintain a study‑level SharePoint site, ensuring appropriate access.
• Create project email boxes and manage user access to study systems.
• Order study supplies, prepare binder materials, coordinate with vendors for cost estimates, and verify invoices.

• Willingness to take on new responsibilities after proper training.
