Project Specialist – Finance & Clinical Research (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Specialist with finance and clinical research experience to work remotely from Argentina. You will support clinical trial planning, budgeting, and execution while ensuring compliance with SOP, GCP, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and communicate clinical study timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
• Gather input from cross‑functional teams to create comprehensive delivery plans.
• Standardize procedures across trials and implement best practices.
• Oversee operational aspects of trials, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with SOP, GCP, and country regulations.
• Select sites and vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships for timely service delivery.
• Prepare and monitor clinical trial budgets, track expenditures, and keep studies within budget.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical project management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, SOP, GCP, and country‑specific regulations.
