Product Designer – AI Marketing Platform

About the role

Profound is a fast‑moving AI‑powered marketing platform used by leading brands. As a Product Designer you will shape the core data‑visualisation and content‑workflow tools that power the product, owning the experience from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences, from early exploration to iteration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and data scientists to translate strategy and ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
• Rapidly explore multiple directions using sketches, flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Fine‑tune layout, typography, spacing, motion and interactions, maintaining a high bar for craft.
• Balance user needs, technical constraints and business goals while iterating based on feedback.
• Contribute to and evolve Profound’s design language, systems and product vision.
• Participate in regular design critiques to give and receive feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in a startup or fast‑moving environment.
• Strong generalist with the ability to own the full design stack from flows to pixels.
• Deep commitment to craft, clarity and simplicity in design.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to experiment with AI‑focused tools.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem‑solving and high‑quality visual design.
• Experience with data‑visualisation or B2B marketing products.
• Comfort prototyping directly in code and shipping via Git/GitHub.
