Art Director – Assistant Director (Creative CoE)

About the role

The EY GDS Creative Center of Excellence (CoE) is an in‑house agency that delivers high‑impact, on‑brand creative solutions for EY teams worldwide. As an Art Director you will combine creative vision with strategic thinking to lead the design of multi‑format collaterals and act as a design thought leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative and visual direction for a wide range of assets, ensuring they are on‑brand, user‑centric and aesthetically strong.
• Coach and train the broader GDS Creative Services team, elevating capability from execution to brand‑building strategy.
• Produce concepts, storyboards and rapid prototypes for brochures, infographics, presentations, microsites, motion graphics and social media collaterals.
• Maintain adherence to EY brand guidelines while meeting quality, turnaround and budget expectations.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate pop‑culture trends and innovative techniques to enhance user experiences.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in fast‑paced global environments, preferably leading creative teams for B2B brands.
• Strong business acumen paired with a creative, problem‑solving mindset.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality output on time and within budget, with excellent attention to detail.

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat DC.
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Knowledge of social platforms: Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest.
