Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end paid‑media campaigns for our B2B and franchise clients. Working remotely, you will collaborate directly with the founders and clients to drive lead generation through Meta, LinkedIn and other paid social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns from scratch to meet lead targets.
• Manage paid‑social campaigns across multiple platforms, continuously refining performance.
• Build high‑converting landing pages and write persuasive copy for ads, pages and emails.
• Set up and maintain marketing automations using GoHighLevel and Zapier to streamline lead flow.
• Communicate regularly with clients via email, video calls and phone, providing updates and strategic recommendations.
• Integrate AI‑powered marketing and sales tools into workflows to increase efficiency.
• Proactively propose new tests, ideas and improvements without waiting for direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead‑generation advertising.
• Ability to independently set up and manage Meta ad campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel or Zapier.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident client‑facing demeanor with excellent people skills.
• Genuine interest in AI‑driven marketing and sales systems.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work full‑time during US business hours.
