About the role
We are looking for a proactive Part‑Time Operations Assistant to support a Los Angeles‑based founder who runs a real‑estate investment and development company and several other ventures. The role is fully remote, preferably for candidates in LATAM, and blends personal assistance with operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendar, inbox, and US‑facing phone communications with brokers, customers, doctors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform light real‑estate administration for a multi‑unit rental portfolio, including lease tracking and vendor coordination.
- Conduct ad‑hoc research, prepare reports, and handle personal logistics for the founder.
- Create and maintain SOPs, evaluate new tools, and improve workflow efficiency.
- Support recruiting activities such as consolidating responses and scheduling interviews.
Required profile
- 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations professional, preferably supporting founders or solo operators.
- Self‑directed, able to work independently after initial guidance.
- Systems thinker who can organize calendars, tasks, and inboxes effectively.
- Strong written and spoken English with a neutral or light accent.
- High level of discretion handling personal, financial, and confidential information.
Required skills
- Outlook, GSuite, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Slack, Eventbrite/Luma, Google Maps.
- Inbox management methods such as GTD, Stack, EOS.
- Familiarity with AI/automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Make.com, Zapier) – nice to have.
- Basic real‑estate admin experience – nice to have.
What we offer
- Remote work (LATAM preferred) with flexible part‑time hours aligned to Pacific Time.
- Compensation $8–$13 per hour USD, paid directly by the client.
