Paralegal with a passion for customer service (LegalTech)

About the role

Codekeeper is looking for a Paralegal who loves helping customers succeed. Working within the Customer Success team, you will combine legal expertise with SaaS‑based support to ensure clients achieve their goals using our software escrow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review legal agreements tailored to customer requirements, with manager oversight before delivery.
• Respond to user and lead inquiries via email and chat, providing clear guidance on the service and account management.
• Assist customers in connecting their source‑code management systems to the Codekeeper platform, ensuring correct technical setup.
• Support sales‑related conversations with prospective clients, helping them understand the offering.
• Conduct legal research, prepare reports, and draft documents based on client‑provided information.

• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Strong written communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to balance legal precision with problem‑solving and direct client interaction.
