Paralegal – Bilingual English/Spanish

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Paralegal to support our legal department in landlord‑tenant and real‑estate matters. The role requires managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and coordinate calendars for legal deadlines and appointments.
• Create, update, and manage spreadsheets tracking rent balances and other financial figures.
• Calculate rent balances, lease payments, and related financial data.
• Draft and revise legal documents and templates, including leases, lease renewals, surrender agreements, notices, and related correspondence.
• Communicate with outside counsel regarding ongoing legal matters and provide necessary documentation.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a legal setting, preferably with landlord‑tenant or real‑estate law.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
