Operations Specialist – Safety Data & Pharmacovigilance (Remote)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a remote Operations Specialist to review, assess, and process safety data across multiple service lines. The role supports senior operation team members and ensures data distribution complies with regulations, SOPs, and internal guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Process safety data according to applicable regulations, SOPs and project requirements.
• Collect, track and assess incoming adverse events and endpoint information.
• Enter data into databases, code adverse events and products, and draft narratives.
• Perform literature‑related activities supporting pharmacovigilance projects.
• Distribute reports and data to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with functional team members and healthcare professionals to resolve project‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Fluent English (minimum C1); French is a plus.
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience; at least 1 year in pharmacovigilance is highly valued.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and adverse event handling.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and SOPs for safety data.
• Ability to code adverse events and products and draft clear narratives.
