About the role

Straton Chatting Solutions is seeking a full‑time Online Chat Sales Operator to engage fans, drive creator subscriptions, and generate sales through live chat. The position is fully remote and operates on an independent‑contractor basis, offering flexible shifts and performance‑based earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to incoming messages in a natural, engaging manner.
• Build and maintain relationships with fans to encourage ongoing interaction.
• Promote creator offers, paid content, and subscription options via chat.
• Follow account guidelines, scripts, and team instructions consistently.
• Maintain presence throughout assigned shifts and collaborate with team leads to improve performance.

Required profile

• Fluent or near‑fluent English with strong written communication skills.
• Reliable laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
• Fast typing speed and a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working with mature or adult‑oriented creator content (must be 18+).
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools.
