About the role
The National Development Manager (NDM) will drive growth for JAS by expanding the Platinum/Diamond and multinational customer base. This senior sales position focuses on large, high‑value opportunities and requires close collaboration with global account and vertical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share among Platinum/Diamond and multinational clients.
- Maintain deep knowledge of JAS products and services and communicate value propositions to prospects.
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet existing and potential customers.
- Build and sustain strong business relationships with key accounts.
- Prepare pricing, credit terms, and sales contracts for secured orders.
- Provide regular activity reports, sales plans, and forecasts for the territory.
- Participate in sales training, meetings, and adhere to the company’s Sales Policy.
- Utilize the CRM system consistently and perform any additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of transportation, logistics and freight forwarding markets.
- Proven sales techniques and ability to close high‑value deals.
- Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, capable of working both independently and within a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
