About the role

The National Development Manager (NDM) will drive growth for JAS by expanding the Platinum/Diamond and multinational customer base. This senior sales position focuses on large, high‑value opportunities and requires close collaboration with global account and vertical teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share among Platinum/Diamond and multinational clients.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of JAS products and services and communicate value propositions to prospects.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet existing and potential customers.
  • Build and sustain strong business relationships with key accounts.
  • Prepare pricing, credit terms, and sales contracts for secured orders.
  • Provide regular activity reports, sales plans, and forecasts for the territory.
  • Participate in sales training, meetings, and adhere to the company’s Sales Policy.
  • Utilize the CRM system consistently and perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of transportation, logistics and freight forwarding markets.
  • Proven sales techniques and ability to close high‑value deals.
  • Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated, capable of working both independently and within a team.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
