Microsoft Commercial Solution Area Investment Specialist (M365, D365, Copilot)

About the role

EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) is hiring an Assistant Director-level Investment Specialist for its Microsoft alliance, based in Buenos Aires. The role sits within the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship Program and reports to the GDS Microsoft Operations Lead. It works with the Global Alliance Commercial and Functional Alliance Directors to grow the investment received from the Microsoft partner, covering Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Copilot.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the alliance partner and its commercial and functional leadership to interpret new programs, plan how EY will leverage them and coordinate processes for repeatable parts of the program.
• Build a deep understanding of Microsoft's partner investment programs for user-based business services and their commercial applicability to EY.
• Drive enablement and execution of investment programs across regions, engaging service line leaders, partner teams and market enablement leads.
• Act as a subject matter resource for sales and delivery teams, advising senior business leaders on maximizing partner program benefits and minimizing risks.
• Operate primarily independently, directing activities of colleagues in other practice areas and giving guidance to resources senior to the specialist.
• Support investment reporting: work with Global Commercial and Alliance Relationship Directors on executive reporting, and build dashboards, trackers and executive summaries on investment health and performance.
• Analyze trends across solution-area investments and recommend practical actions to improve processes, governance and go-to-market impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Technology or Finance; postgraduate degree preferably an MBA (Business or Finance).
• 12+ years of experience in relevant technology and professional services environments.
• Experience collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders in a virtual environment across geographies.
• Preferred: experience in a Big Four, global system integrator, professional services, consulting or technology-led environment.

Required skills

• Proficient understanding of how Microsoft's partner programs for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Copilot are executed.
• Preferred: experience with Microsoft ecosystem programs such as AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms and Security, and with alliance management, co-sell motions, co-investment programs, solution area funding or marketplace offerings.
• Strong English at negotiation level, with strong influencing and communication skills.
• Attention to detail, strong follow-through and a continuous improvement mindset.
