Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (DTC E‑commerce)

About the role

Digital Ride is looking for a Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to lead paid acquisition for direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce brands. This remote position combines media buying with full‑funnel optimisation, allowing you to influence creative, landing‑page and post‑purchase experiences while scaling multi‑million‑dollar ad spends.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, monitoring blended ROAS, MER and contribution margin.
• Collaborate with the creative team to analyse hook and hold rates, reverse‑engineer winning short‑form formats and generate new ad concepts.
• Evaluate post‑click performance, propose landing‑page tweaks, offer bundles and split‑tests to improve conversion rates and average order value.
• Provide data‑driven insights to clients and internal stakeholders, explaining performance and optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience in DTC e‑commerce media buying.
• Strong understanding of the entire customer journey, including creative hooks, CRO, offer structure and post‑purchase experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
