Marketing Specialist (Remote, Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Marketing Specialist to own and execute the marketing strategy for a growing roofing company. The role is hands‑on and remote, requiring you to manage social media, SEO, video editing, graphic design and overall brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence with consistent posting across platforms.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form video content for marketing campaigns, ads, and organic social content.
• Create graphics, promotional assets, and branded marketing materials.
• Maintain and monitor SEO performance and existing marketing systems and campaigns.
• Track and manage pay‑per‑click / pay‑per‑call marketing efforts and campaign performance.
• Repurpose existing content into new formats for social media, email, and advertising.
• Coordinate with leadership to align marketing efforts with company growth goals.
• Research trends in roofing, home services, and local marketing to identify opportunities.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and help build the company’s online presence.
• Assist with additional initiatives such as landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Creative thinker with the ability to execute quickly.
• Must own a working computer with high‑speed internet.
