Marketing Manager – Sodastream Business Unit

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Sodastream Business Unit within the International Beverages division. The role will lead demand‑generation initiatives, execute the annual marketing plan, and drive brand health while managing a small team and external agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Annual Activity/Marketing Plan.
• Lead demand‑generation efforts and monitor brand‑health metrics.
• Manage the A&M budget, media, and creative agencies.
• Deliver results against marketing and digital KPIs.
• Leverage consumer insights to optimize brand development.
• Develop and execute brand, influencer, and UGC campaigns.
• Coordinate new‑product‑development launches with global functions.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial, supply‑chain, e‑commerce, and finance to meet annual targets.
• Coach, develop, and manage direct reports.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of marketing experience in FMCG (local or multinational).
• Proven record of delivering marketing and business growth.
• Experience creating brand‑growth strategies and demand‑generation plans.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP, consumer research, and data analytics.
• Advanced English proficiency.
