Marketing Operations Manager – GTM

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market (GTM) process for adidas in the assigned country. The role will build the infrastructure, mindset and capabilities needed to ensure consistent execution, cross‑functional alignment and measurable results across product, brand, sports marketing, channel and demand planning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the LAM E2E GTM process locally and maintain the country‑specific GTM calendar.
• Ensure marketing teams meet milestones, deliverables and hand‑over dates across all calendars and guarantee compliance.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation plans.
• Support range planning from country input through hand‑over to sales, meeting efficiency KPIs and timelines.
• Drive operational alignment of all adidas marketing functions and prepare local meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead sample coordination, track arrivals and manage inventory throughout the sell‑in cycle.
• Oversee showroom set‑up following LAM guidelines.
• Analyze performance data, generate actionable recommendations and create playbooks for continuous improvement.
• Prepare presentations and executive reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or go‑to‑market planning.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, ownership, autonomy and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Executive communication and business acumen.
