Management & Leadership Instructor – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership educators to help shape AI’s understanding of organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence how next‑generation AI systems reason through complex leadership challenges, all from the comfort of your own location.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, realism, and logical soundness.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI models’ reasoning on leadership problems.
• Work independently and asynchronously, managing your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate complex decision‑making and analyze trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI‑generated recommendations.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently.
