About the role

We are seeking experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision‑making, and team dynamics. Your expertise will directly influence AI reasoning on complex leadership challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, realism, and logical soundness.
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve how AI models reason through leadership problems.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Skilled at evaluating complex decision‑making and analyzing trade‑offs.
• Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI‑generated recommendations.
• Self‑motivated and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently.
