Customer Success Specialist – Drive Client Success

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to expand our presence in the Argentine market and help clients get the most out of our digital learning solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding onboarding, driving engagement, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving training needs.
• Guide new clients through onboarding as a goFLUENT product expert.
• Analyze client data, conduct business reviews, and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.
• Identify upsell possibilities and expand client partnerships.
• Gather feedback, optimize the learner experience, and contribute to product evolution.

Required profile

• Fluent or bilingual in Spanish with advanced English proficiency.
• Passionate about customer success and relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive problem‑solver.
• Team player who values collaboration and knowledge‑sharing.
• Experience in training, e‑learning, or HR SaaS solutions is a plus.
