Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure the smooth operation of all hotel equipment and systems, delivering prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests and staff. This position supports the Four Seasons commitment to luxury experiences by maintaining high standards of safety, functionality, and appearance throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire‑suppression, refrigeration, and decorative systems.
• Diagnose and repair equipment failures, including motors, starters, circuit breakers, chillers, and associated components.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and emergency situations such as fires or power outages.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update logs after each service.
• Keep the engineering department, grease traps, and plumbing areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate professionally with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Ability to work harmoniously with team members and follow Four Seasons policies.
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and safety standards.
