Maintenance Associate – Clinical Study Support

About the role

The Maintenance Associate supports study delivery during the maintenance phase of clinical studies within IQVIA's Country Site Activation team. Working closely with Maintenance Leads and Clinical Trial & Relationship Managers (CTRMs), you help ensure that all required maintenance and regulatory activities are completed successfully across assigned studies or multi-protocol programs. You understand the scope of work, budgets and resource requirements so that study activities are executed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup, updating and ongoing maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans with complete and accurate study-specific information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders so that maintenance and regulatory activities meet timelines, budgets and compliance requirements.
• Manage, use and interpret study dashboards to analyse data, monitor study metrics and track compliance.
• Proactively identify risks, issues and trends through data analysis and escalate them appropriately.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work experience; healthcare or a similar field preferred.
• Fluent English.
• Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and sponsors.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and across time zones, cultures and geographies.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Data analysis and interpretation of study dashboards.
