Life Sciences R&D Analyst/Consultant – Strategy & Consulting

About the role

Join Accenture's Strategy & Consulting team to help leading Life Sciences companies transform their research and development processes. You will work on innovative projects that combine strategic analysis, digital technology, and operational improvement across the drug development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with global Life Sciences clients to drive R&D transformation, optimize clinical and regulatory processes, and enable digital innovation.
• Support R&D strategy and transformation programs while designing and improving clinical, regulatory, and laboratory workflows.
• Enable technology implementations across R&D platforms.
• Contribute to proposals, business development initiatives, and thought‑leadership assets for the practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or postgraduate preferred) in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or Bioinformatics.
• 1‑3+ years of experience in Life Sciences or consulting for analyst roles, or 3‑10+ years for consultant roles.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in at least two R&D areas (e.g., Clinical Operations, Clinical Development).
