About the role

Del Rosa Villa Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our full‑time team in San Bernardino, CA. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centered nursing care to residents in a 104‑bed skilled nursing facility focused on heart, renal and musculoskeletal conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident health and recovery.
• Monitor resident conditions, record observations, and administer prescribed medications.
• Provide a calm, compassionate presence for residents and their families.

Required profile

• Current and valid California LVN license.
• Passion for senior care and post‑acute services.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive attitude and commitment to compassionate care.
