Junior Recruiter – Entry-Level Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join UJV’s talent acquisition team. The role will support the hiring process for entry‑level and high‑volume positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for entry‑level roles, including posting jobs, screening applications and conducting phone interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules across multiple time zones and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Perform reference checks and background screenings for shortlisted candidates.
• Support new‑hire onboarding by setting up internal systems, technology access and pre‑boarding documentation.
• Provide timely status updates to candidates to uphold a professional employer brand.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination.
• Near‑native English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple interview schedules simultaneously.
• Discretion in handling confidential candidate information.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
