About the role

Join PepsiCo’s Global Employer Brand Content team as a Global Employer Branding Specialist. You will drive top‑of‑funnel talent communications across the PepsiCoJobs digital ecosystem, acting as the operational engine that keeps the global content calendar running and the employee advocacy program thriving.

Key responsibilities

• Program and maintain the global editorial content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets across markets and channels.
• Support day‑to‑day management of PepsiCoJobs social channels, scheduling and publishing content on a regular cadence.
• Keep the content production pipeline moving from story idea to published piece, partnering with content leads to remove blockers.
• Organize and optimize all brand assets for candidate engagement across owned channels.
• Operate the employee advocacy program end‑to‑end, including onboarding, briefing, scheduling, and ongoing engagement.
• Build strong partnerships with HR and Talent Acquisition to source employees for brand storytelling.
• Develop regular reports and dashboards to share content performance with internal stakeholders.
