Junior AV / Multimedia Designer (IA)

About the role

As a Junior AV / Multimedia Designer (IA) at Monks you will be responsible for designing, creating, manipulating and tailoring graphics, images, sound, animation, video and text to produce integrated multimedia social assets. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure audio‑visual elements align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high volume of assets on agreed dates to achieve goals.
• Generate motion and Premiere templates for asset production at scale.
• Support the end‑to‑end production of digital assets.
• Adapt existing brand visuals or develop new ones.
• Adapt ideas for social media in real time.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in advertising or production in a multimedia role.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven content production for social media.
• Strong experience with social media platforms and creative calendar management.
• Understanding of digital platforms and formats such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.
• Passion for e‑commerce, fashion and beauty industries.
