Inside Partner Manager – US Market

About the role

DevRev is seeking an Inside Partner Manager to grow its US partner ecosystem. You will combine AI‑powered tools with traditional partner development to generate qualified pipeline and shape channel strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑quality prospective partners (SIs, resellers, ISVs, technology alliances) using AI‑driven research.
• Build personalized outreach campaigns across email, phone, text, social and emerging channels.
• Qualify partners, collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Solutions Engineers to create co‑sell strategies and drive partner‑sourced pipeline.
• Onboard new partners, manage deal‑registration and co‑sell motions, and maintain accurate CRM data.
• Develop and test messaging, prompts and recruitment playbooks, and analyze engagement data to improve effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Background in SDR, BDR, partner/channel development, or account executive roles.
• Experience selling or partnering around SaaS or technology products.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Growth mindset, curiosity and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Sales engagement platforms such as Outplay, Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo.
• AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini for research and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems, deal registration and co‑sell motions (bonus).
