Information Security Analyst

About the role

Profound is a fast‑growing AI marketing platform serving Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups. The Information Security Analyst will own inbound customer security reviews, act as the security point of contact during sales, and help shape the security function from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Complete security questionnaires, RFPs and RFIs accurately and within sales‑cycle timelines.
• Serve as the security liaison for prospective customers, answering privacy and security questions directly.
• Build and maintain reusable answer libraries and templates to accelerate future reviews.
• Develop AI‑assisted workflows that reduce manual effort on questionnaires and audits.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and collaborate with Security, Product and Legal to close gaps.

Required profile

• 1+ years of customer‑facing information security experience or a solutions/sales engineering background.
• Ability to translate technical security and AI‑governance controls into clear, customer‑focused responses.
• Comfort handling calls with prospect security teams and keeping deals moving.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 42001, SOC 2, GDPR and CCP.
• Proficiency with AI tools and a passion for using them to streamline security reviews.
