Inbound Sales Representative, Health & Wellness

About the role

Hyprwork is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join its fast‑growing health and wellness brand, Rejuvacare. You will turn inbound inquiries into satisfied customers by matching the right product to each client’s health needs and delivering a consultative sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and present Rejuvacare’s product line confidently.
• Follow approved sales scripts while adapting to each customer’s situation.
• Identify health concerns and recommend the most suitable product, upsells, bundles, or membership.
• Overcome objections with empathy and product knowledge.
• Process orders accurately and maintain detailed call notes.
• Meet daily and monthly revenue and conversion targets.
• Escalate any complaints to the Customer Service team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Strong verbal English – confident, articulate and persuasive.
• Self‑motivated to achieve targets and earn commission.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and listen actively.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Experience in health, wellness or subscription products is a plus.
