About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner at bet365, you will shape the employee experience and drive our culture forward, ensuring that our people feel supported throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with operations, employees, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality HR services and uphold a first‑class standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement onboarding initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Act as a trusted advisor on complex regulatory matters, ensuring HR practices align with global standards and local Argentine requirements.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to off‑boarding, with a focus on legal compliance.
• Interpret and apply Argentine Labour Law (Ley de Contrato de Trabajo) and collective bargaining agreements (CCT) to mitigate risk.
• Lead HR projects aimed at compliance, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote HR strategies and company culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience across the full employee lifecycle with strong legal compliance focus.
• Deep understanding of Argentine Labour Law and ability to apply it in daily HR operations.
• Experience interpreting Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo (CCT) and navigating collective bargaining processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee‑relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
• Strong analytical skills to use data for assessing employee matters and tracking HR operations.
• Track record of leading HR projects that improve compliance and efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
