Project Manager – SAP SuccessFactors & Data Integration

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and strong data integration skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects that involve SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors and data‑integration projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, establish timelines, and define deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, and issues.
• Provide SAP SuccessFactors expertise to guide project teams and optimize platform utilization.
• Oversee data integration processes, including mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Maintain project documentation such as plans, process flows, and integration specifications.
• Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in talent or HR domains.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
