HubSpot CRM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to own and optimise our client’s HubSpot Professional environment. This full‑time independent contractor role supports a high‑stakes microbiology laboratory that serves pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics and food‑science manufacturers. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with the commercial team to ensure flawless quoting, reporting and data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and fine‑tune HubSpot settings, including deal stages, lifecycle stages, custom properties and user permissions.
• Design, build and maintain complex automated workflows for lead routing, sales notifications and data management.
• Oversee the quoting process, validating pricing calculations, margins and logic before client delivery.
• Create and manage custom reports and dashboards that give leadership real‑time visibility into pipeline health and sales performance.
• Document all CRM processes, SOPs and system configurations in clear technical guides.
• Perform regular data audits to guarantee completeness, accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on RevOps professional with a proven track record of managing HubSpot at a senior‑level.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of bridging technical administration with commercial operations.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
