About the role

Air Liquide is seeking a motivated HR Service Desk Junior Analyst to support its Americas operations. The role provides first‑line assistance to Airgas associates on HR‑related queries using Workday and ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for employees via phone, email and chat, answering HR‑related questions.
Log and document all inquiries in the HR Service Desk system.
Resolve basic cases directly and route more complex issues to specialised HR teams.
Guide users through self‑service tasks in Workday and ensure clear communication of updates.
Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements to deliver timely support.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related business field.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) required.
Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a proactive, self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

Workday HR platform knowledge.
ServiceNow ticketing system experience.
Proficiency with Excel functions.
Familiarity with Google G‑Suite.
