HR Contingent Program Specialist

About the role

The HR Contingent Program Specialist supports Ecolab’s global contingent workforce program. You will act as the primary contact for internal teams and vendors, ensure data integrity, and enable accurate reporting to drive informed decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for contingent platform inquiries and issue resolution.
• Handle complaints and investigations via the MyEcolab ticketing system, implementing corrective actions.
• Support mass uploads and data migrations using VNDLY templates, including contractor profiles and work orders.
• Assist in the global rollout of VNDLY and continuous process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports, build dashboards, present findings, and recommend enhancements.
• Deliver onboarding and refresher training for internal stakeholders.
• Document processes and maintain up‑to‑date procedural guides.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure complete contracts, data privacy, and cost information.
• Conduct compliance audits, monitor legislative changes, and update policies accordingly.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing, recruitment or HR with a focus on contingent labor.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English; additional language proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with VNDLY or similar Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS solutions.
• Ability to perform mass data uploads and migrations.
