HR Advisor

About the role

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join Dentsu’s Buenos Aires office. The role will provide exceptional customer‑service support to employees, managers and HR Business Partners across a wide range of HR processes. You will act as a key link between Tier‑1, Tier‑2 and Tier‑3 HR teams, ensuring consistent and compliant service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑standard customer service for HR queries, covering employee files, reference requests and digital communications.
• Implement and monitor standardized HR processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Provide Tier‑2 specialist knowledge, resolve complex enquiries and share insights with Tier‑1 and Tier‑3 teams.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence, payroll, finance, legal and technology teams to meet KPIs and global compliance standards.
• Perform data entry across multiple HR systems, maintaining the integrity of employee master data and complying with GDPR and local data‑protection laws.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local customs, employment legislation and statutory requirements, applying them to daily operations.
• Monitor query completion, review policies, processes and system issues, and work with the Team Lead to improve service levels.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional specialist teams.
• Knowledge of Argentine employment law and data‑protection regulations.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data quality and compliance.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement and service‑level achievement.
