High Ticket Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated High Ticket Sales Representative to join a leading provider of high‑performance decorative coatings. The position is fully remote and open to candidates across LATAM, offering the chance to introduce innovative, crack‑resistant and waterproof coating solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, presenting the product portfolio and value proposition.
• Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline, documenting all activities in the CRM.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries (pricing, finishes, applications, availability) via email, chat, or phone.
• Qualify leads and forward promising opportunities to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate the logistics of sending product samples and schedule follow‑up calls or design consultations.
• Monitor the company inbox, organize messages, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with design consultants and applicators to arrange tailored demos.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and route them to the appropriate team member.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Gmail and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with sample‑shipping workflows.
