Guest Experience Manager (Remote, Contract)

About the role

Eterniti is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead its remote Guest Experience team. You will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay from inquiry to checkout across our portfolio of high‑end vacation rentals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Guest Experience Representatives.
• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
• Create staffing schedules covering shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Onboard and train new team members on platforms, processes, and service standards.
• Oversee guest communications before, during, and after stays on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Direct Website, and Expedia.
• Maintain prompt, professional responses to messages, emails, and calls.
• Supervise check‑in and check‑out processes to guarantee accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in short‑term rental management or hotel operations.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to handle proactive and reactive guest communications.
