GTM Manager – LATAM

About the role

Kredete is seeking a senior Go‑to‑Market leader to launch and grow its cross‑border payment platform across South America. You will own the end‑to‑end market entry, partnership development, and operational success of the business in the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute regional market‑entry and expansion strategy.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with local banks, fintechs, and enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to local financial regulations.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a multi‑functional team covering sales, operations, and customer success.
• Oversee daily operations to guarantee seamless cross‑border fund flows and a world‑class customer experience.
• Act as the public face of Kredete in the region, representing the mission to media and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years at a high‑growth fintech or financial institution.
• Proven track record of building new markets, products, or regions with full ownership of outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of LATAM payments and regulatory landscape, especially cross‑border payments, remittances, or banking infrastructure.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments with limited playbooks.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus; willing to be based in a core LATAM market.
• Strong motivation to expand financial access in underserved markets.
