Global Total Rewards Program Director

About the role

Payoneer is seeking a senior leader to design, develop, implement and manage global Total Rewards programs, ensuring compensation, benefits, mobility, recognition and wellbeing initiatives are scalable and consistent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build global Total Rewards frameworks, operating models and governance structures.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of compensation cycles, market benchmarking, benefits renewals, equity processes, recognition programs, mobility workflows and M&A integration support.
• Own day‑to‑day operation of Total Rewards programs, maintaining documentation, playbooks and process maps.
• Partner with HRBPs, People Services, HRIS, People Analytics, Finance and Legal to ensure compliance, integration and effective governance.
• Ensure data integrity, develop reporting dashboards and use insights to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation or related HR program management.
• Proven ability to design and manage global or large‑scale HR programs.
• Strong program and project management skills with a focus on execution.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics.
• Comfortable working with data, systems and cross‑functional stakeholders; global experience preferred.
