Global Learning Partner

About the role

The Global Learning Partner will support the Head of Learning in shaping and executing LDC’s learning strategy across the organization. Acting as a senior advisor and key account manager, this role collaborates with business units and HR partners to deliver impactful learning solutions that drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Learning in driving the learning agenda and strategy.
• Serve as key account manager for assigned business units, overseeing all learning activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners to identify and design learning solutions aligned with KPI’s and business needs.
• Act as a reference point for learning trends, tools, methodologies and market research.
• Provide senior advisory on learning needs assessment, competency analysis and capability planning.
• Manage projects, programs and product development for learning solutions, collaborating with the Learning Solutions Manager.
• Lead learning programs for transversal competencies such as Digitalization, Sustainability, Innovation and Customer Centricity.
• Measure learning impact (ROI, ROE) using defined metrics and report results.
• Maintain the learning calendar and curriculum for internal clients and support change‑management initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in a similar learning advisory role or 8+ years in an expert L&D position.
• Proven experience in learning needs detection, content curation, learning architecture and competency development.
• Strong background in online instructional design and digital learning platforms.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with ability to deliver business‑centric outcomes.
• Excellent project and program management skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical and data‑driven approach to enhance learning programs.
