Full Cycle Recruiter (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to own end‑to‑end hiring for our US clients while working remotely from Latin America. This sourcing‑led position requires you to hunt talent that isn’t on job boards, map markets, build pipelines from scratch and close placements.

Key responsibilities

• Run outbound sourcing for every active role using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals and cold outreach.
• Screen candidates for English fluency, judgment and cultural fit.
• Develop and own client relationships by understanding the profile of an A‑player for each US team.
• Manage the full pipeline in Recruit CRM from first contact to signed offer.
• Fill searches with zero inbound candidates, turning dead roles into successful placements.
• Make placement decisions based on long‑term fit rather than volume metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience placing international talent into US companies at a near‑shore or offshore staffing firm.
• Fast‑paced startup mindset with ownership of outcomes.
• Flawless C2‑level English communication.
• Commitment to quality – prefer one lasting hire over many short‑term placements.

What we offer

• Compensation $1,500 – $2,000 USD per month plus uncapped placement bonuses.
