Freelance Executive Assistant with Finance Expertise (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Executive Assistant with strong finance expertise to support a fast‑moving executive operating in AI, fintech, Web3 and emerging technology. The role is fully remote and combines high‑level executive support with financial coordination and operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex executive calendars, investor meetings, and confidential communications.
• Oversee finance‑related operations such as expense tracking, budgeting support, invoice monitoring and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with AI, fintech, Web3 and crypto stakeholders, maintaining organized communication across Slack, Telegram and other collaboration platforms.
• Assist in operational planning, process optimisation and executive decision support through research and workflow management.
• Utilise AI tools (Claude AI, Cursor, ChatGPT) to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
• Develop structured prompts, operational templates and AI‑assisted systems to enhance business efficiency.
• Maintain accurate documentation, meeting summaries and internal tracking systems.
• Conduct market and industry research on AI technologies, prediction markets and emerging digital ecosystems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting executives, founders or leadership teams in an EA, Chief of Staff, Executive Operations or finance support capacity.
• Strong background in executive coordination, operational support and finance‑related administration in fast‑paced remote environments.
• Experience with bookkeeping, accounting support or related financial administration.
• Tech‑savvy, detail‑oriented and able to work autonomously with high discretion.
